Polaris Community is seeking a dedicated and experienced Children's Support Team Manager to join our team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for creating a safe and supportive environment for young people aged 8-18 with social, emotional, and behavioral difficulties.
About the Role- This role involves overseeing the daily operations of the home, ensuring compliance with legal requirements, Ofsted standards, and company policies.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with children and young adults, promoting their well-being and supporting their future success.
- Lead and manage the team to ensure a positive and homely environment, fostering a sense of belonging among residents.
- Collaborate with the Registered Manager to develop and implement effective care plans that meet the unique needs of each child.
- Create and maintain a fair and inclusive rota system, ensuring adequate staff coverage and support.
Polaris Community offers an attractive salary package, including:
- A competitive annual salary plus up to £6720 in sleep-in payments per year (average of 6-8 sleep-ins per month at £70 per sleep-in).
