P2P Specialist Nurses is seeking an experienced Mental Health Nurse to join our team for ongoing work opportunities in Lancashire and South Cumbria.

This role offers the opportunity to work as a Mental Health Professional, providing high-quality care to individuals with mental health issues. Key responsibilities will include assessing, planning, and implementing care plans with multidisciplinary teams, administering medications, therapies, and treatments according to patient needs and clinical guidelines, participating in care coordination and managing complex cases, supporting patients and their families throughout their mental health journey, and contributing to service improvements and ensuring compliance with clinical governance and professional standards.

As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work in various settings across Lancashire and South Cumbria, including community mental health teams, inpatient services, and specialist mental health units.

Key Responsibilities

Key responsibilities include providing compassionate care to individuals with mental health issues, assessing, planning, and implementing care plans with multidisciplinary teams, administering medications, therapies, and treatments according to patient needs and clinical guidelines, participating in care coordination and managing complex cases, supporting patients and their families throughout their mental health journey, and contributing to service improvements and ensuring compliance with clinical governance and professional standards.

The successful candidate will be expected to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams, communicate effectively with patients and their families, and maintain accurate records and reports.

What We Offer

An estimated salary of £38,000 - £62,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits and opportunities for career progression.
