**Senior Operating Department Practitioner - Anaesthetics**

Lancashire's leading hospital for private elective surgical procedures is looking to hire an experienced Theatre Nurse or ODP in to Lead its theatre anaesthetics team.

- Registered Practitioner with HCPC registration
- ILS
- Mentorship qualification
- Proficient in the use of a PC, including the use of software and systems
- A passion for leadership and management
- Evidence of relevant theatre experience in anaesthetics

Duties of this role include:

- To deliver safe quality care for patients during their perioperative phase of care.
- To support and assist in the management and organisation of care provision within the Operating Department.
- Assist in the delivery of patient care.
- Support and development of junior members of staff
- Contribute to quality improvement.
- Develop and enhance the skills and knowledge of others and self.
