Complex Needs Service Director

About the Role:
We are seeking a visionary leader to direct our complex needs service in Lancaster and Skipton. As a Complex Needs Service Director, you will be responsible for leading the management team to deliver exceptional care and support services to young people with complex needs.
Main Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic plans to improve the quality of care and support services for young people with complex needs.
- Work closely with external partners to develop opportunities for young people, such as employment and education.
- Mentor and support staff development, including those pursuing Level 5 qualifications.
- Manage on-call duties and collaborate with your Deputy Manager to ensure smooth operations across both homes.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in complex needs service management with a background in managing complex needs.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
- Confidence in working with Ofsted and other regulatory bodies.
- Passion for supporting young people from challenging backgrounds.
