Job Description:
- The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing programs to promote positive youth development and reduce risk factors associated with youth crime and substance abuse.
- Collaborate with local schools, community organizations, and government agencies to ensure a coordinated approach to youth services.
- Conduct assessments and provide case management services to at-risk youth and their families.
- Develop and maintain relationships with community stakeholders to build trust and foster partnerships that benefit the youth population.
- Provide training and technical assistance to staff members on best practices in youth development and prevention programming.
Requirements:
- A Bachelor's degree in Youth Work, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field.
- At least two years of experience working with youth populations in a related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Valid driver's license and access to a vehicle.
Salary Range:
- The estimated annual salary for this role is approximately £28,000 - £35,000 depending on experience.
