Lancaster University seeks a Senior EDI Strategist to lead transformative change and make a real difference to our community and beyond.

About the Post
  • Work closely with the Deputy Vice-Chancellor and other senior leaders, providing expert advice and strategic direction on all aspects of EDI.
  • Develop and implement strategies to close disparities and address underrepresentation.
  • Foster a culture of respect, belonging, and open dialogue across the University.

The ideal candidate will have exceptional communication and relationship-building skills to engage diverse stakeholders and a proven track record of designing and implementing effective EDI initiatives.
