About the Role

We are recruiting a skilled volunteer to join our Independent Advisory Group (IAG) in Lancaster. The successful candidate will play a vital role in supporting the Lancashire Constabulary and contributing to the development of effective policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

As a member of our IAG, your key responsibilities will include:

  1. Providing expert advice on community-related matters
  2. Contributing to the development of policies and procedures
  3. Maintaining open communication channels with community members

You will work closely with our team to identify areas of improvement and develop effective solutions. Your input will help us build stronger relationships with the public and enhance trust within our communities.

What You'll Gain

Please note that this is a voluntary position, requiring a minimum commitment of 2-3 hours per month. We offer a flexible working arrangement, allowing you to contribute at a time that suits you best.

Estimated salary: £18,000 - £22,000 per annum (dependent on location and experience).
