EDU Director of Inclusion and Diversity

This is a full-time, indefinite post with a hybrid work pattern. We are seeking a dynamic leader to become our Dean for Culture and Inclusion (C&I), helping us shape and implement institution-wide EDI strategies and initiatives.
About the Role- Lead efforts to embed inclusive practices across the University and ensure accountability for progress towards our EDI goals.
- Oversee the Anti-Harassment and Bullying Team and related initiatives.
- Act as an ambassador for Lancaster University in regional, national, and international EDI forums.
The ideal candidate will have significant experience in EDI leadership within a complex organisation and exceptional communication and relationship-building skills to engage diverse stakeholders.
