An experienced Young People Support Director is required to lead two 1-bedded homes in Lancaster and Skipton, providing strategic guidance and expertise to support young people with complex needs. In this dynamic role, you will work collaboratively with internal stakeholders and external partners to deliver high-quality care and achieve exceptional outcomes for residents. Your leadership approach will foster a positive and inclusive team culture, promoting staff well-being and encouraging individual growth and development.

About the Position
This role requires a seasoned professional with extensive experience in managing complex needs. You will be responsible for ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, developing and implementing strategies to enhance service delivery, and mentoring staff to achieve their full potential. A deep understanding of Ofsted standards and expectations is essential, as is the ability to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders. As a respected leader, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our organization and making a lasting impact on the lives of our residents.

Responsibilities
- Lead two 1-bedded homes, ensuring adherence to Ofsted regulations and delivering high-quality care and support
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance service delivery and drive continuous improvement
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners to achieve exceptional outcomes for residents
- Mentor staff to achieve their full potential, promoting staff development and well-being
- Manage on-call duties and work closely with your Deputy Manager to ensure seamless operations across both homes

Salary and Benefits
This role comes with a competitive salary of £55,000 - £70,000 per annum, dependent on experience, along with a comprehensive benefits package, including opportunities for professional development and career advancement.
