We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Children and Young People's Health Outreach Nurse Specialist to join our team at University Hospitals of Morecambe Bay NHS Foundation Trust. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality care to children and young people from 0 to 16 years of age, working across two busy sites: Royal Lancaster Infirmary and Furness General Hospital.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement individualized care plans for children and young people with complex needs.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care delivery.
- Contribute to quality improvement initiatives and policy development.
