**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Lead and manage a team of staff to provide daily care and support to young people with complex needs.
  • Develop and implement individualised care plans that meet the unique needs of each young person.
  • Collaborate with external agencies to ensure seamless transitions and effective service delivery.

**Requirements:**

  • A strong background in managing childrens homes or similar settings.
  • Proven experience in supporting young people with complex needs.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
