Job Overview

RSS National is seeking a highly skilled Youth Residential Service Manager to lead our 1-bedded home for young people with complex needs. As a key member of our management team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the delivery of high-quality care and services that meet the needs of our service users.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a team of carers and implementing policies and procedures to ensure the highest standards of care are maintained. This will involve developing and maintaining relationships with local authorities, families, and other stakeholders, as well as ensuring that all aspects of the service are delivered in accordance with relevant legislation and regulatory requirements.

Salary: £45,000 - £60,000 per annum (dependent on experience)

Your Skills and Experience

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a proven track record of supporting young people with complex needs and experience of working in a residential setting. You will also need excellent leadership and communication skills, as well as the ability to work effectively within a team.
