Residential Care Supervisor Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Residential Care Supervisor to join our team at a prestigious care home in Lancaster, Lancashire. As a Residential Care Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of caregivers to deliver high-quality residential care to residents.

Salary: £31,362.24 per annum

About the Role

The successful candidate will have a strong background in elderly and dementia care, with experience in managing and leading teams. You will also possess knowledge of medication management and handling incoming medication. Our award-winning care provider offers a range of activities and amenities, including a beauty salon, ice cream parlour, and cinema room.

Our care home has been awarded a top 20 rating by Carehome and holds a GOOD CQC Rating. We pride ourselves on creating an engaging and comfortable environment for our residents.

Key Responsibilities
  • To lead and manage a team of caregivers to deliver high-quality care to residents
