We are seeking a part-time Learning Support Specialist to support the development of Early Years and KS1 pupils. As an Education Assistant, you will provide support in fostering their social, emotional, and academic growth.

This is an excellent opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of our students. The successful candidate will lead small group interventions to enhance pupil progress and contribute to the implementation of the school curriculum and learning strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Foster the social, emotional, and academic development of Early Years and KS1 pupils.
  • Lead small group interventions to enhance pupil progress.
  • Support the implementation of the school curriculum and learning strategies.

Requirements:

  • Experience working with Early Years and KS1 children.
  • A strong understanding of child development and the Early Years/KS1 curriculum.
  • Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
