Classroom Support Specialist

Vision for Education is seeking a highly motivated and flexible Classroom Support Specialist to work in local secondary schools across the Lancaster area. This role provides an excellent opportunity to gain experience working within a Secondary school prior to applying to Initial Teacher Training.
The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work on daily supply or in longer fixed term supply contracts, covering classes across the full range of secondary school subjects. While subject expertise is not required, you must be able to facilitate the class's learning, manage classroom behaviour, record accurate registers, and provide a handover to the absent teacher.
