Role Overview

This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate and driven individual to make a real difference in our local communities.

As the Hospice for North Lancashire, the South Lakes, and parts of North Yorkshire, you will be responsible for spreading the message about our work, supporting loyal fundraisers, and developing new income sources. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys variety, has strong organisational skills, and relishes building relationships.

About the Role
  • Travel to events across the area we serve, promoting our work and engaging with local communities.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with existing and potential supporters, encouraging donations and fundraising efforts.
  • Collaborate with our team to identify and pursue new income opportunities, ensuring the long-term sustainability of our services.
Requirements
  • A passion for charitable work and a commitment to making a positive impact in our local communities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse groups.
  • Strong organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Benefits

Key Skills and Qualifications
  • Degree-level qualification or equivalent experience in a relevant field.
