We are now looking for a Network Co-ordinator to join us for a five-year fixed-term contract with the possibility to extend. This is a part-time role working 22.5 hours per week over three days.

The Role

As a Network Co-ordinator, you will support community sports groups in rural areas of the Abbeystead Estate in Lancaster, focusing on building relationships and facilitating collaborative networks.

You will work to address the challenges of rural deprivation, helping groups create opportunities for young people to become physically active. You will also help establish sustainable solutions that benefit the area and its people beyond the five years of the project.

You will:

  • Work with our insight team to deliver data-based insight
  • Collaborate with the Delivery Team to share best practices
  • Maintain accurate project administration, including evaluations

About You

To be considered as a Network Co-ordinator, you will need:

  • Experience executing clear strategies for engagement, recruitment, and support
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Knowledge of capacity building practices, such as fundraising and organisational development
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Benefits

We offer a competitive salary of £26,500 - £28,000 (pro rata) and a range of benefits, including:
