Key Responsibilities:

The Community Engagement Officer will be responsible for coordinating outreach projects that promote social mobility and address educational inequality. This will involve working closely with teachers, schools, and colleges to develop and deliver workshops and presentations that raise attainment and broaden aspirations among students from widening participation backgrounds.

You will also be responsible for monitoring student progress, providing constructive feedback, and liaising with key contacts to ensure the success of these initiatives. This role comes with a competitive salary of £34,000-£40,000 per annum, depending on experience, along with flexible working arrangements and opportunities for professional development.
