Community Support Officer

Supporting Adults in Their Community
">We are seeking a Community Support Officer to join our team and provide vital support to adults in their community.
In this role, you will work closely with our team to identify the needs of participants and develop personalized support plans. This will involve working in partnership with probation practitioners to conduct assessments and develop strategies to address specific needs.
This is a rewarding role that requires strong communication and interpersonal skills. The ideal candidate will have the ability to build rapport with participants and work collaboratively with other professionals.
Salary and Benefits
We offer a competitive salary of £24,650 - £29,000 per annum pro rata (dependent on experience), plus a range of benefits including:
