Administrative Support Required for Busy Office

A&T Trained Dogs is seeking an experienced Administrative Support professional to join our team in Lancaster. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional administrative support and customer service in a fast-paced office environment.
Your key responsibilities will include managing a busy phone line, scheduling appointments, handling customer inquiries, and maintaining a clean and organized reception area. You will also be responsible for taking payments and handling financial transactions.
We are looking for someone with previous administration and reception experience who can multitask, prioritize their workload, and remain calm under pressure. If you have a passion for customer service and a love of animals, this could be the perfect role for you.
Key responsibilities include:
- Providing exceptional customer service and support
- Managing a busy phone line and scheduling appointments
- Maintaining accurate records and data entry
- Taking payments and handling financial transactions
This part-time position offers 13-16 hours per week, with opportunities for additional hours in the future. We offer a competitive salary of £11.50 per hour, as well as tips and other benefits.
