About the Role

As a Regional Development Coordinator with Webrecruit, you will support community groups in rural areas of the North of England. Your focus will be on building relationships and facilitating collaborative networks to address the challenges of rural deprivation.

In this rewarding role, you'll have the opportunity to make a real difference by helping groups create opportunities for young people to become physically active. You will also work to establish sustainable solutions that benefit the area and its people beyond the five years of the project.

Your responsibilities will include working with the insight team to deliver data-based insights and collaborating with the Delivery Team to share best practices. Additionally, you will maintain accurate project administration, including evaluations.

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you will need experience executing clear strategies for engagement, recruitment, and support. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential, as well as knowledge of capacity building practices, such as fundraising and organisational development. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are also required.

Benefits

This part-time role offers a salary of £26,500 - £28,000 (pro rata) and 25 days' holiday in addition to statutory Bank Holidays (pro rata). You will also receive two additional days of personal leave per year for religious holidays and/or wellbeing days, as well as volunteer days and paid study leave.
