Family Law Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Family Law Specialist to join our team at Holdens Law Ltd.
The successful candidate will be experienced in advising private clients across a range of Family Law topics, including divorce, financial settlement, and children matters.
Our ideal candidate will have the ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and demonstrate excellent attention to detail. They will also possess strong communication skills to explain complex legal concepts to clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Undertake private family cases, including private children matters and divorce.
- Work to Lexcel standards.
- Meet deadlines and work under pressure.

Requirements
To be considered for this role, you should have:
- Solid advocacy experience in the family courts.
- Fantastic communication skills.

- A good reference from your employer.
Desirable Skills:
- Experience of TOLATA/Cohabitee cases.
- Law Society family/advanced family accredited.
