About the Role

We are currently seeking an experienced Family Solicitor to join our team in Lancaster. As a key member of our Family department, you will be responsible for managing a broad caseload of complex family law matters, including cohabitation disputes, children issues, financial and property matters, divorce, pre- and post-nuptial agreements, and domestic violence cases.

Responsibilities

  • Manage a diverse caseload of family law matters
  • Advise clients on their legal options and provide expert guidance
  • Represent clients in court and negotiate settlements
  • Work closely with other departments to ensure seamless case management

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 2+ years PQE experience in family law
  • Excellent client care skills and ability to communicate effectively with clients
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Able to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks
