Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Family Law Specialist to join our expanding Family Law team at Holdens Law Ltd.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of advising private clients on a range of Family Law topics, including divorce, financial settlement, and children matters.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To advise private family clients on various Family Law topics
  • To be experienced in working to Lexcel standards
  • To be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • To have excellent attention to detail
  • To be highly organized
  • To work effectively as part of a team
  • To have solid advocacy experience in the family courts
  • To possess exceptional communication skills to explain complex legal concepts to clients
  • To consistently meet or exceed billing/time recording targets

Requirements:

  • Experience in undertaking private family cases, including private children matters and divorce
  • Able to work to Lexcel standards
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Highly organized
  • Effective teamwork skills
  • Solid advocacy experience in the family courts
  • Exceptional communication skills
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding billing/targets
