Job Title: Family Health Visitor

About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity for a qualified SCPHN Health Visitor to work as a Bank Staff in Lancashire. The successful candidate will have the flexibility to choose from various shifts, allowing them to balance their work and personal commitments.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver high-quality care to children and families in the 0-5 age range, focusing on health, growth, and development.
  • Assess health needs, develop individualized care plans, and implement packages of care that meet the unique needs of each child and family.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care delivery and excellent patient outcomes.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for delivering exceptional care, a strong understanding of child development, and excellent communication skills. A valid UK driving license and access to a car for work purposes are also required.

Package Description:
  • Competitive hourly rates of pay, ranging from £18.00 to £25.00 per hour, depending on experience.
