Job Title: Family Therapist - Young People's Mental Health

Lancashire & South Cumbria NHS Foundation Trust is a leading provider of mental health services, and we are now seeking a highly skilled Family Therapist to join our team in delivering exceptional care to young people and their families.

The successful candidate will work closely with a Consultant Clinical Psychologist and other members of the multidisciplinary team to provide systemic practice and family therapy to young people experiencing complex mental health needs, including identity, personality, and attachment difficulties.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Providing comprehensive assessments and interventions for young people and their families
  • Working collaboratively with colleagues to develop and implement treatment plans
  • Contributing to the development of a reflexive culture and community within the team

We offer a competitive salary of around £48,000 per annum, plus excellent benefits and flexible working opportunities.
