About the Job

HCRG Care Group is seeking an experienced Health Visitor to join our team in central Lancashire as a Bank Health Visitor. This role requires a skilled professional who can deliver high-quality care to families and children, focusing on the Healthy Child Programme and utilizing evidence-based practice.

Main Duties and Responsibilities

  • Deliver the Healthy Child Programme, assessing health needs and developing tailored care packages for each child.
  • Use evidence-based practice to develop and maintain a high standard of Specialist Public Health Nurse/Health Visiting practice.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless delivery of care services, promoting a multi-disciplinary approach.

About You

  • You must hold an SCPHN Health Visitor qualification and have a valid UK driving license with access to a car for work purposes.
  • A passion for delivering high-quality care and making a positive impact on families and children is essential.
