We are seeking a skilled Health Visitor to join our team in Lancashire, UK.

About the Role

This is a fantastic opportunity for a dedicated individual to work as part of our bank pool, providing flexible healthcare services across central Lancashire.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Deliver the Healthy Child Programme, assessing health needs and developing care plans.
  • Use evidence-based practice to maintain high-quality standards in Specialist Public Health Nurse/Health Visiting practice.
  • Work collaboratively with multi-disciplinary teams to provide family support.
