HR Campus Officer Role

The HR Campus Officer at Global Banking School plays a critical role in delivering HR programs, policies, and initiatives that cater to the needs of our faculty, staff, and students. This position requires a highly skilled and experienced HR professional who can provide comprehensive human resources support and services.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Implement HR policies, procedures, and programs on the campus, ensuring alignment with the overall HR strategy and organisational goals.
  • Provide guidance and support to faculty, staff, and students on HR-related matters, including employee onboarding, performance management, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to ensure recruitment strategies attract a diverse and qualified candidate pool.
  • Identify training and development needs on campus and coordinate the delivery of training programs to enhance skills, knowledge, and performance of employees and students.
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws, regulations, and institutional policies.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
  • Strong prior HR experience, preferably in a higher education or large organisational setting.
  • Solid knowledge of HR principles, practices, and employment laws.
  • Experience with employee relations, recruitment, and performance management processes.
  • Proficiency in HR information systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Professional HR certifications.

Salary Range: £45,000 - £60,000 per annum
