About the Role

This Employee Relations Specialist position involves providing strategic support to the central functions team, focusing on employee relations case management. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a deep understanding of employment law in the UK.

Your Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Implement ER Processes: Lead in creating compliant and streamlined ER processes, guidelines, and templates to support management in resolving employee issues.
  • Policy Compliance and Development: Develop and revise People policies to ensure legal compliance and maintain a positive work environment.
  • Training and Development: Deliver training programs on conflict resolution, dignity in the workplace, and HR processes to employees.
  • Subject Matter Expertise: Collaborate with stakeholders to address complex employee issues and promote positive workplace dynamics.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Monitor and analyze ER cases, identifying trends and proposing associated interventions to improve employee relations.
