About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Employee Relations Business Partner to join our central functions team at KAG Recruitment Consultancy Ltd. This exciting opportunity will see you play a pivotal role in shaping the Employee Relations landscape of one of the UK's leading Agri-food companies.

As an Employee Relations Business Partner, you will be responsible for developing and implementing robust ER processes, guidelines, and templates that align with our client's strategic goals. Your expertise will guide the development of compliant and simplified ER processes, ensuring a harmonious and compliant workplace.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead ER Process Development: Collaborate with the team to develop and refine ER processes, ensuring they meet legal compliance and support management self-service in resolving ER issues.
  • Policy Compliance: Develop and revise our People policies to ensure legal compliance and promote a positive work environment.
  • Training and Development: Deliver training programs on conflict resolution, dignity in the workplace, and HR processes to foster a culture of collaboration and accountability.
  • Subject Matter Expert: Work closely with stakeholders to address complex employee issues and promote positive workplace dynamics.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Monitor and analyze ER cases, identifying trends and proposing associated interventions to improve employee relations.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Work effectively with our People Leadership Team and functional leads to understand business needs and propose initiatives to support a positive employee experience.
  • Mentorship and Knowledge Sharing: Develop and mentor junior team members, sharing your knowledge and expertise to foster a learning environment within the team.

Requirements:

  • Employment Law Expertise: A broad understanding of employment law within the UK, with practical application experience.
  • Influencing and Education: Strong knowledge to build credibility within the business and foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
  • Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze Employee Relations data and trends to identify areas for improvement and anticipate potential issues.
  • Adaptability and Resilience: Flexibility to adapt to changing business needs, priorities, and organizational dynamics while remaining resilient and composed in challenging situations.
  • Project Delivery: Experience in designing, developing, and embedding new processes and policies.
  • Exceptional Communication: Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills to enable effective collaboration and influence across all levels of the organization.

What We Offer:
