Axpe Consulting seeks an exceptional Sales Director to drive growth and expansion in the UK market. This senior leadership role offers a unique opportunity to build relationships with new clients, establish Axpe as a trusted partner in digital transformation, and drive revenue growth through proactive sales strategies.
Key Responsibilities- Establishing Strategic Partnerships: Develop and maintain strong relationships with new clients, providing tailored IT solutions to address their business needs.
- Growth Strategy Execution: Develop and implement sales strategies to penetrate the UK market, leveraging insights into client needs and market trends.
- Negotiation & Contract Management: Lead contract negotiations with new clients, ensuring terms align with both client needs and Axpe's strategic goals.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving new business, closing high-value deals, and consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets. With 5+ years of successful sales or account management experience within IT solution services, you'll be well-equipped to handle this challenging yet rewarding role.
Benefits- Competitive Salary: £85,000 - £115,000 per annum (dependent on experience), plus a performance-driven bonus structure.
