Sales Growth Manager

Our OpportunityWe're seeking an experienced Account Executive to drive our sales efforts in London and beyond. With funding rounds totalling $50 million and a recent $30 million raise, we're well-positioned for incredible growth.
The RoleAs a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building relationships with clients, and driving revenue growth. Your role will involve:
- Developing and executing sales strategies to achieve annual quota targets
- Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities through lead generation and prospecting
- BUILDING STRONG RELATIONSHIPS WITH CLIENTS THROUGHOUT THE SALES PROCESS
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure successful sales outcomes
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- 3+ years of proven success in closing deals, particularly with technical solutions such as Data, AI, ML, Kubernetes (K8s), and DevOps in EMEA.
- Experience from early-stage organizations is a must; the earlier the stage, the better
- Demonstrated success in closing £75k+ Annual Contract Value (ACV) deals.
- Consistently hit or exceeded annual quota. (100+%)
- MUST HAVE EARLY STAGE EXPERIENCE (SERIES C OR EARLIER)
- Experience of selling to Heads of Data Science, VPs of Engineering, and Heads of AI.
