Salary: £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.

Job Description: We are seeking an exceptional SENCO (Special Educational Needs Coordinator) to join our client school in Hillingdon. As a key member of the Senior Leadership Team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective SEN provision strategies that cater to the diverse needs of students. Your expertise will contribute to creating an inclusive learning environment where every child can thrive.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Must hold NASENCo certification
  • Proven track record of supporting SEN students
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with teachers, parents, and other stakeholders
