A QTS or equivalent qualification is essential for this role, as well as the ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and provide support to students with diverse needs.

**Salary:** £30,000 - £40,000 per annum, depending on experience

Job Description:
Our SENCO will be responsible for:

  • Developing and implementing Individual Education Plans (IEPs) tailored to meet the unique needs of each student.
  • Maintaining accurate records of student progress and reporting regularly to parents and carers.
  • Collaborating with teachers and other professionals to ensure effective learning environments.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
- A QTS or equivalent teaching qualification
- Excellent time and classroom management skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and provide support to students with diverse needs
