We are seeking an experienced SENCo to join our primary school in Haringey, where you will play a vital role in shaping the education and well-being of students with special educational needs. As SENCo, you will oversee SEN provisions, work collaboratively with teachers and support staff, and contribute to creating a supportive environment for all students.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement tailored educational plans for students with special needs.
- Foster strong relationships with parents, external agencies, and the leadership team to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
- Oversee the implementation of EHCPs, interventions, and assessments, ensuring that students receive the necessary support.
- Promote a culture of inclusion and respect within the school community.
