Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the SEN department, overseeing SEN provision across the school.
  • Develop and implement strategies to support students with diverse learning needs.
  • Work closely with teachers, support staff, and external agencies to ensure the best outcomes for students.
  • Monitor student progress and adjust support plans as needed.
  • Train and mentor staff on SEN best practices.

Experience and Qualifications:

  • Qualified SENCO with experience in managing SEN provision.
  • Strong leadership skills and the ability to work collaboratively.
  • In-depth knowledge of SEN policies and best practices.
  • DBS check required.
