Job Title: Education Leader - SENCO
Leigh Academies Trust is seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Education Leader - SENCO to join our team. As the successful candidate, you will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of the school's Special Educational Needs and Disability (SEND) policy.
This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and inspirational leader to work closely with staff, parents, and carers to ensure that all students with SEND receive the support they need to succeed.
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Developing and implementing the school's SEND policy
- Working closely with staff, parents, and carers to support students with SEND
- Leading the development of individual learning plans for students with SEND
- Coordinating the provision of additional support for students with SEND
The ideal candidate will be a highly skilled and dedicated Education Leader with a proven track record of success in leading SEND provision. You will be a motivational and inspirational leader with high expectations of staff, and a commitment to ensuring that all students receive the support they need to succeed.
