- Monitor and evaluate student progress, ensuring they achieve their full potential.
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with relevant SENCO qualifications.
- Proven experience as a SENCO in a primary school setting.
- Strong knowledge of SEN legislation and best practices.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
£35,000 - £45,000 per annum, depending on experience.
