We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Deputy SENCO Leader to join our team and contribute to the success of our primary school partners.

The successful candidate will be part of a strong and supportive Senior Leadership Team, working closely with a very experienced SENCO. This is a fantastic opportunity to grow professionally and make a lasting impact on the lives of students with special educational needs (SEN).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the SENCO to develop and implement inclusive strategies
  • Conduct assessments and complete EHCPs to ensure optimal support for students with SEN
  • Provide additional support where needed to foster progress and achievement among students with SEN
  • Work alongside a range of professionals to deliver comprehensive support services
  • Take on leadership responsibilities as the main SENCO if required

What You'll Need:

  • UK Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
  • Proven experience in supporting students with SEN
  • Ambition to become an SENCO
  • Good or Outstanding teaching observation ratings

Salary & Benefits:

The successful candidate can expect a competitive salary within the range of £35,604 - £60,000 per annum, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition, we offer a range of benefits, including opportunities for professional development and career growth.

Location: Our client school is located in the Borough of Ealing, with excellent transport links and a free staff car park on site.
