About the Role
We are looking for a Primary SENCO Leader to play a pivotal role in ensuring every child receives the support they need to thrive academically and socially in our outstanding two-form entry school in Hackney, London. As a member of our senior leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to support children with special educational needs, working closely with teachers and other stakeholders to create an inclusive learning environment.

Key Responsibilities:
The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and developing strategies to support children with special educational needs, collaborating with teachers to create inclusive learning environments, developing individualized support plans tailored to each child's unique strengths and challenges, providing ongoing training and support for staff, and advocating for the rights of students with special educational needs. They will also be expected to work closely with the senior leadership team to ensure that all children receive the support they need to succeed.

What We Offer:
This role comes with a competitive salary range of £50,000 - £65,000 per annum, depending on experience, along with opportunities for professional growth and development in a dynamic and supportive environment.
