We are seeking a talented SENCO to join our team at an outstanding Hampshire school. As a key member of the staff, you will play a crucial role in shaping the educational experiences of students with special educational needs.

Your primary responsibility will be to oversee the delivery of SEN provision, ensuring that students receive the necessary support to achieve their full potential. This will involve working closely with teachers, parents, and external agencies to identify and address the unique needs of each student.

As a SENCO, you will be expected to demonstrate exceptional leadership and organisational skills, as well as a deep understanding of SEN legislation and guidelines. You will also need to possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with a wide range of stakeholders.

Requirements:

  1. Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
  2. Proven experience as a SENCO with a NASENCO Award
  3. Strong leadership and organisational skills
  4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  5. A passion for inclusive education

Salary: £45,000 - £65,000 per annum.
