The role of Special Educational Needs Coordinator (SENCO) is a critical one, playing a vital part in ensuring that children with special educational needs receive the support they require to thrive.

This permanent and full-time position at an Outstanding Primary School in the Borough of Ealing offers a unique opportunity for an experienced SENCO to make a real difference in the lives of students.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing the school's SEN provision, working closely with teachers, parents, and other professionals to provide tailored support to pupils with special needs.

As SENCO, you will have the opportunity to focus on developing the school's SEN provision, working alongside a fantastic Senior Leadership Team and collaborating with other schools in the area.

We are looking for an experienced SENCO who holds the NASENCo qualification and has a passion for supporting students with special needs. The ideal candidate will have experience of completing assessments and EHCPs, and be able to work effectively as part of a team.

The salary for this role is approximately £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience, which is in line with the National Joint Council (NJSA) pay scale for SENCOs.
