An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced SENCO to join an Outstanding Primary School in the Borough of Ealing.

This permanent and full-time position offers a unique chance to make a real difference in the lives of students with special needs, working in a supportive and inclusive school community.

As SENCO, you will be responsible for leading the development of the school's SEN provision, working closely with teachers, parents, and other professionals to provide high-quality support to pupils with special needs.

The successful candidate will have the opportunity to focus on improving the school's SEN provision, while also contributing to the wider life of the school, including staff training and mentoring.

We are looking for an experienced SENCO who holds the NASENCo qualification and has a passion for supporting students with special needs. The ideal candidate will have experience of completing assessments and EHCPs, and be able to work effectively as part of a team.

The salary for this role is approximately £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience.
