We are seeking an experienced SENCO to join our team at Wayman Learning Trust. As a key member of our staff, you will play a vital role in shaping the educational experiences of our students with special needs.
Responsibilities will include:
- Leading and managing the SEN provision to ensure that all students receive the necessary support to achieve their full potential.
- Developing and implementing individual support plans tailored to the unique needs of each student.
- Collaborating closely with teachers and teaching assistants to ensure seamless delivery of SEN services.
- Liaising with parents and external professionals to maintain effective communication and partnership working.
We offer a competitive salary of £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, along with opportunities for professional growth and development within our trust.
