SENCO Vacancy in Outstanding Primary School

A challenging and rewarding SENCO role has become available at an Outstanding Primary School in the Borough of Ealing.
This full-time position is a great opportunity for an experienced SENCO to join a supportive and inclusive school community, where everyone works together to achieve excellence.
As SENCO, you will be responsible for leading the development of the school's SEN provision, working collaboratively with teachers, parents, and other professionals to provide high-quality support to pupils with special needs.
The successful candidate will have the opportunity to focus on improving the school's SEN provision, while also contributing to the wider life of the school, including staff training and mentoring.
We are looking for an experienced SENCO who holds the NASENCo qualification and has a proven track record of providing effective support to students with special needs. The ideal candidate will have experience of completing assessments and EHCPs, and be able to work effectively as part of a team.
The salary for this role is approximately £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience.
