SENCO Opportunity in Outstanding School

We are looking for a SENCO who can lead and develop our SEND strategy and provision. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with teachers, support staff, and external professionals to ensure the success of all pupils with SEND. You will also be expected to maintain and develop our SEND provision, working closely with colleagues to create an inclusive and supportive learning environment.
The salary for this role is £65,000 per annum, plus a SEN allowance. This is a full-time position with a competitive benefits package and opportunities for professional development.
