Job Description:

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Leading and managing the provision for students with special educational needs
  • Developing and implementing effective strategies to support students with SEN
  • Collaborating with teaching staff and other professionals to provide tailored support
Requirements:
  • National Award for SEN Coordination or equivalent qualification
  • Proven experience working with students with a range of special educational needs
  • Strong leadership and organisational skills
  • A clear DBS check
  • Legal right to work in the UK
Package:

Competitive salary: £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience
