**Job Title:** SENCO | EdEx – Education Recruitment

**Estimated Salary:** £50,000 - £70,000 per annum

We are seeking an experienced and passionate SENCO to join our team at an outstanding primary school in the Borough of Hillingdon. As a key member of the Senior Leadership Team, you will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of the school's special educational needs provision.

**Key Responsibilities:

  • Liaise with teachers, parents, and external agencies to ensure that students receive the support they need to achieve their full potential.
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with staff, pupils, and parents to promote a positive and inclusive learning environment.
  • Manage and coordinate the delivery of individual education plans (IEPs) and educate health care plans (EHCPs).
  • Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement strategies to improve pupil outcomes and achievement.
  • Provide guidance and support to teaching staff on SEN-related matters.

**Requirements:

  • Qualified teacher status (QTS) and a strong understanding of the National Curriculum.
  • Experience of working in a primary school setting, preferably in a leadership role.
  • Proven track record of improving pupil outcomes and achievement.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
