Primary SENCO Opportunity in London

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated SENCo to join our team at Academics Ltd. As SENCo, you will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of strategies to support students with SEND, working closely with teachers, LSAs, and other staff members to ensure that all students receive the support they need to succeed.
You will have a strong understanding of the SEND code of practice and be able to apply this knowledge to develop and review IEPs, manage LSA teams, and advocate for students with SEND. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential for this role, as you will need to work collaboratively with parents, staff, and external professionals to ensure that students receive the best possible support.
We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including a competitive salary of £57,841 - £69,581 per annum, depending on experience, as well as a permanent contract and full-time working hours.
